We provide you with a variety of secure payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), debit cards, PayPal, and other common online payment platforms. When you choose to subscribe to our pet recognition service, the system will guide you to a secure payment page where you can choose the appropriate payment method based on your personal preferences. All payment information is encrypted to ensure the security of your financial data.
Subscription packages: We currently offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription packages, and the prices and service benefits included in each package are detailed on the website subscription page. As the subscription period grows, you will enjoy more favorable price discounts.
Payment: The subscription fee needs to be paid in one lump sum when you register for the subscription. After successful payment, you will immediately obtain access to pet recognition services within the corresponding subscription period, including AI recognition of pets, understanding pet characteristics and emotions, and other functions.
7 day no reason refund: Within 7 days from the date of your payment for the subscription service, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can apply for a full refund without reason at any time. You only need to contact us through the customer service channel of the website, provide your order information and refund reason. We will process your refund request within 48 hours after receiving the application, and the funds will be refunded to your payment account.
Refund for service failure: If our AI pet recognition service experiences a major malfunction during your subscription period, resulting in a continuous 72 hour inability to use it normally, and the technical team confirms that it is not caused by your personal device or network, you have the right to apply for a refund based on the remaining subscription duration. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription and the service experiences the above-mentioned malfunction after 10 days of use, and the remaining 20 days cannot be used normally, we will refund 2/3 of your subscription fee.
Refund process: When applying for a refund, please provide accurate order number, screenshot of payment voucher (if necessary), and clear explanation of the reason for the refund. Our customer service team will review the application upon receipt. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days, depending on the processing speed of your original payment channel.
Subscription upgrade or downgrade: If you apply for an upgrade or downgrade package during the subscription period, we will adjust the fees according to the price difference between the old and new packages based on the duration of the service you have currently used. For example, if you originally purchased a monthly package and want to upgrade to an annual package after using it for 10 days, we will calculate the cost of the monthly package for 10 days and the remaining 11 months of the annual package. You only need to make up the price difference to complete the upgrade. On the contrary, if the package is downgraded, we will refund the price difference proportionally based on the remaining duration.
Service changes or termination: If we need to make significant changes to the service content or terminate some services due to technological upgrades, legal and regulatory adjustments, etc., and such changes or termination have a substantial adverse impact on your user experience, we will notify you 15 days in advance on the website and provide you with the option of refunding based on the remaining subscription time, or provide you with a reasonable compensation plan based on the changed service content.
Fraudulent and abusive behavior: If we discover that you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior (such as maliciously brushing identification times, using the service for illegal activities, etc.) that violates the terms of service, we have the right to immediately terminate the service and not issue a refund. Meanwhile, we reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
