Chatopet Payment & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Chatopet (hereinafter referred to as "the Website", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to providing cutting-edge AI-driven pet tools and high-quality premium content.

This Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, subscriptions, and financial transactions made through https://www.chatopet.com. By making a purchase on our Website, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payments and Billing

Currency and Pricing: All prices displayed on Chatopet are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless another currency is explicitly stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change our pricing, subscription plans, or accepted payment methods at any time.

Payment Processors: To ensure the highest level of security for your financial data, Chatopet does not store your credit card details on our servers. 2. Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal

If you subscribe to any recurring premium plans on Chatopet:

Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your choice) unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Chatopet account settings or by contacting our support team at info@chatopet.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Services

Because Chatopet provides digital Services, including real-time AI generation, algorithmic pet data processing, and downloadable content, our refund structure is strictly regulated to prevent abuse while protecting consumer rights:

General Rule: Except as provided below or required by applicable local law, all purchases and subscription renewals are non-refundable and non-transferable once the digital resources (e.g., AI queries, tokens, or premium access) have been utilized.

14-Day Refund Window (Unused Services): You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription date, ONLY IF you have not utilized any AI tools, consumed any tokens, or accessed premium content during that period.

EU/UK Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal): If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that you have not explicitly consented to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund (e.g., a technical failure on our website resulted in a double charge, or you have an unused account within the 14-day window), please follow these steps:

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

If you initiate an ungrounded chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your Chatopet account, ban your IP address, and report the abuse to relevant anti-fraud networks.
